Popcorn Chocolate Ice-Cream

Ingredients (makes 2)
Popcorn ….. 1.5 cups
White Chocolate ….. 1 bar
Ice-cream Cone ….. 2 cones
Marble Chocolates ….. 10 pieces
Diced Almonds ….. Small amount

How to Make
① Cut up the white chocolate bar into small bits and place in a bowl over hot water to melt.
② Add in popcorn to melted chocolate and mix. Scoop into the ice-cream cone using a spoon.
③ Decorate with marble chocolates and some diced almonds. Place in fridge for about 30 minutes to cool. This dessert softens easily in humidity, so preserve it by quickly wrapping in cellophane.

Chocolate Sweet Potato Tart

Ingredients (makes 1 13cm tart)
Sweet Potato ….. 1 (small)
Honey ….. 1/2 tablespoon
Chocolate ….. 1 bar
Pre-cooked Tart….. 1 (13cm diameter)
Cocoa ….. Suitable amount

How to Make
① Peel the sweet potato and cut into 5mm-wide strips. Bring water to boil in a pot, add in the sweet potato and cook for 6 minutes under low heat.
② Remove the boiled sweet potato from the water. Keep one strip aside for decoration, and mush the rest using a fork. Add in honey, mix, and allow to cool. Once cooled, spread the potato evenly in the precooked tart.
③ Chop up the chocolate bar and melt in a bowl placed over hot water. Pour the melted chocolate on top of the potato, and allow tart to cool to room temperature.
④ Sprinkle cocoa onto the tart. Slice the strip of leftover potato and place on the tart as decoration.

Crepe Parcel

Ingredients (makes 4)
Wheat Flour ….. 50g
Cocoa powder ….. 1/2 tablespoon
Sugar ….. 15g
Egg ….. 2
Milk ….. 120ml
Unsalted Butter ….. Small amount
Whipped Cream ….. 8 tablespoons
Strawberry ….. 8
Sandwich Bread ….. 1 slice

How to Make
① Mix wheat flour and cocoa in a bowl. Add in sugar, eggs and milk, and mix well using an electric mixer.
② Melt butter in a frying pan, then pour in 1/4 of the mixture from ①. Tip the pan around to spread the mixture out into a thin sheet, then cook with low heat. Once the top layer looks dry, flip the sheet over to cook the other side.
③ Cut bread into quarters and strawberries into 1cm-thick slices. In each crepe, place 1/4 of bread, 2 sliced strawberries, and 2 tablespoons of whipped cream. Wrap into a parcel and tie with ribbon.

Heart Chestnut Pie

Ingredients (makes 1 10cm heart)
Frozen Pie Sheet (20x20cm) ….. 1
Sweet chestnut ….. 5
Sugar ….. 1/2 tablespoon
Milk ….. 1/2 tablespoon
Chocolate ….. 3 pieces from a bar
Chocolate Pen (Purple) ….. 1
Sugar Decorations ….. Small amount

How to Make
① Take out frozen pie sheet from fridge, allow to warm at room temperature for 10 minutes, then cut 2 heart-shaped pieces about 10cm-wide each.
② Crush chestnuts with fingers and place into a bowl. Add in sugar and milk, and mix.
③ Mix chestnut mixture with chocolate, and sandwich between the 2 pie sheets. Pinch the edges of the pie sheets together, ensuring that the filling stays inside.
④ Bake for 20 minutes in an oven at 200°C. Decorate with chocolate pen and sugar decorations when cool.

Salt & Pepper Fresh Chocolate

Ingredients (makes 10)
Chocolate ….. 100g
Fresh Cream ….. 75ml
Dried Chili Powder ….. 1~2 pinches
Salt ….. 1~2 pinches
Cocoa ….. Suitable amount

How to Make
① Cut chocolate into thin slices and place in bowl.
② Place fresh cream into small pot and heat. Just before it boils, add in sliced chocolate and mix well.
③ Divide the mixture from ② into 2, and mix in chili powder or salt into each batch respectively. Pour mixtures out onto oven sheets, spread them out evenly, and place in fridge for 2 hours to cool.
④ Remove cooled chocolate from the oven sheet. Heat a knife over hot steam and use it to cut chocolate into bite-size pieces. Sprinkle cocoa powder over chocolates and decorate with chili or salt pieces.

Ingredients (makes 1 9cm baumkuchen)
Baumkuchen ….. 1 (9cm diameter)
Chocolate bar ….. 1
Marshmallows ….. Suitable amount
Mixed Nuts ….. Suitable amount
Silver argents ….. Suitable amount

How to Make
① Cut chocolate into thin slices and place in a bowl over hot water to melt.
② Coat baumkuchen with melted chocolate.
③ Decorate with marshmallows, mixed nuts and argents. Leave to cool to room temperature.

Chocolate Sauce & Cookie

Ingredients (makes 1 serving of each sauce)
White Chocolate ….. 2 bars
Caramel ….. 2 pieces
Milk ….. 2 tablespoons
Cinnamon ….. 1 teaspoon
Cookies ….. 3~4 pieces

How to Make
① Cut chocolate into thin slices and place in a bowl over hot water to melt.
② To make caramel chocolate sauce: Place caramel (2 pieces) and milk (1 tablespoon) into a heating bowl, wrap with cellophane, and heat on a stove for about 30 seconds. Once caramel has melted from residual heat, mix in about 1/2 of the chocolate from ①.
③ To make cinnamon chocolate sauce: Place milk (1 tablespoon) into a heating bowl, wrap with cellophane, and heat on a stove for about 30 seconds. Mix in cinnamon and the remaining chocolate from ①.
④ Tie sauces and cookies together with ribbon.
