Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients (serves 4)
Chocolate ….. 75g
Milk ….. 40g
Strawberry, Banana, Sponge Cake, Cookie ….. Suitable amount

How to Make
① Chop the chocolate and place in a bowl.

② Place the milk in a heating bowl, wrap in foil and heat over a stove for about 1 minute. Add the heated milk to the chopped chocolate, leave for about 10 seconds until the chocolate has melted, then start to mix. Cut up the strawberries, bananas, sponge cake and cookies into bite-size pieces, and serve together. You can also serve up marshmallows, dried fruits and potato chips.


Tofu Choco Cheesecake

Ingredients (makes ONE 15cm cake)
Soft Tofu ….. 150g
Cream Cheese ….. 180g
Sugar ….. 70g
Eggwash ….. 1
Lemon Juice ….. 1 tablespoon
Weak Flour ….. 30g
White Chocolate Chips ….. 35g

How to Make
① Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper and place on a tray. Place another tray on top of the wrapped tofu and leave for 2 hours to squeeze out the moisture.

② Let the cream cheese warm to room temperature, and place into a bowl together with sugar and mix. Add in the tofu to the mixture, mashing it up with your fingers as you add it. Add in the egg, lemon juice, seived weak flour and white chocolate chips, and mix well.

③ Place an oven sheet inside a cake tin, then pour in the cake mixture. Bake in an oven for about 50 minutes at 150°C.

④ Let the cake cool before placing into the fridge, then remove from the cake tin.


White Choco Pudding

Ingredients (makes FOUR 8cm puddings)
Gelatine Leaf ….. 5 pieces
White Chocolate ….. 80g
Milk ….. 300ml
Strawberry Jam ….. 4 tablespoons
Water ….. 3 tablespoons

How to Make
① Chop up the chocolate.

② Add in lots of water into a bowl and soak the gelatine leaves inside.

③ Place the milk into a pot and heat until near boiling. Remove the pot from the heat source and add in the gelatine from ②. Mix well. Add in the chocolate, wait for about 10 seconds before stirring again.

④ Immerse the pot in a bowl of cold water and cool until the mixture becomes viscous. Pour the mixture into cups, then place into the fridge to cool for 4 hours.

⑤ To make the strawberry sauce, place the jam and water into a heating bowl, mix, wrap in foil and heat on a stove for 1 minute. Mix again and place into the fridge to cool.


Caramel Hot Chocolate

Ingredients (serves 4)
Caramel ….. 10 pieces
Milk ….. 600ml
Chocolate Bar ….. 1.5 bars
Marshmallows ….. 4 pieces

How to Make
① Place the caramel and milk into a pot and heat under a weak flame while mixing. When the mixture is about to boil, turn off the flame.

② Chop up the chocolate and add it into the pot. Mix slowly. When all the chocolate has melted, pour it into cups and add in a marshmallow.


Choco French Toast

Ingredients (serves 4)
Egg ….. 2
Chocolate Sauce ….. 6 tablespoons
Milk ….. 80ml
Bread ….. 4 pieces
Butter ….. 10g
Whipped Cream ….. 8 tablespoons

How to Make
① Beat the eggs in a bowl, add in the chocolate sauce and mix. Add in the milk and mix again.

② Pour the mixture into a tray. Cut up the bread into halves, and soak each piece in the mixture for about 5 minutes.

③ Heat up a frying pan under medium heat, then melt the butter. Fry the bread until its surface has browned. Serve with whipped cream.


Rice Flour Balls in Choco Sauce

Ingredients (serves 4)
Rice Flour ….. 200g
Water ….. about 180ml
Cocoa ….. 1 teaspoon
Commercial Red Bean Paste ….. 200g
Chocolate Sauce ….. 4 tablespoons

How to Make

① Add the rice flour to the water, and knead until soft.

② Divide the dough into 2 equal portions, and leave one untouched. For the other portion, add in the cocoa and knead well (add some water if the dough becomes too hard).

③ Divide each portion into 16 pieces and roll into balls. Place into boiling water to cook for about 3 minutes, then place into ice water immediately to cool. When the balls have cooled down, place into a bowl together with the red bean paste, and top with chocolate sauce.
